WTM Valves & Services (Wright Technical Marketing, LLC) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Conoflow® GP50 (formerly P50) Series pneumatic valve positioner product line from ITT Enidine, Inc. The agreement was structured as an asset sale, with WTM being responsible for the production, marketing, sales and support of the GP50/P50 positioner product line moving forward.
The Conoflow® GP50/P50 Series is a fully mechanically pneumatic positioner that has been utilized worldwide for made decades in the power, process and oil & gas industries.
The GP50/P50 product line will be manufactured by WTM in our Lewisburg, PA facility. WTM will market the GP50/P50 product line under the WTM brand. However, the positioners will retain the ITT Conoflow® design and model numbering system.
The acquisition of the GP50/P50 product line will provide a means of support to existing users of the GP50/P50 positioners across all industries, as well as representing an option for new customers seeking a rugged and time-proven, fully-mechanical pneumatic valve positioner.
Transfer of the product line has already taken place; production has resumed and all model GP50/P50 positioners are now available for purchase.
